2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, submitting an enquiry form, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full
  • You accept our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients, whether booking online, by phone, or by email.

3. Our Services

Perth Cleaning Care offers a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Service availability, pricing, and inclusions may vary depending on the type of clean, property size, location, and specific requirements. Full details will be confirmed at the time of quoting.

4. Bookings and Quotes

a) Requesting a Quote All quotes provided by Perth Cleaning Care are obligation-free and based on the information you supply at the time of enquiry. Quotes are an estimate and may be subject to adjustment upon our team’s arrival if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described.

b) Confirming a Booking. A booking is considered confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from Perth Cleaning Care. By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

c) Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or booking a service. This includes property size, number of rooms, condition of the property, and any specific requirements. Providing inaccurate information may result in a revised quote or additional charges on the day of the clean.

d) Access to Property You must ensure that our cleaning team has full and safe access to the property at the agreed date and time. If access is not available, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in Section 7.

5. Pricing and Payment

a) Pricing All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Perth Cleaning Care reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless the scope of work changes.

b) Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. For ongoing or regular cleaning services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

c) Accepted Payment Methods We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, and other methods as advised at the time of booking. Specific payment instructions will be provided with your invoice.

d) Late Payment If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Perth Cleaning Care reserves the right to charge a late payment fee, suspend ongoing services, and pursue outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels if necessary.

e) Additional Charges Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:

  • The property is in a significantly worse condition than described at the time of booking
  • Extra rooms, areas, or tasks are added on the day of the clean
  • The clean requires significantly more time than estimated
  • Specialist equipment or products are required that were not included in the original quote

Our team will always endeavour to notify you of any additional charges before proceeding with extra work where possible.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

a) Cancellation by the Client We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service — No cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellations or reschedules made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service — A cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price may apply
  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service — A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the quoted price may apply
  • No-shows or lockouts (where our team cannot access the property) — A full cancellation fee will be charged

b) Cancellation by Perth Cleaning Care In rare circumstances, Perth Cleaning Care may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to staff illness, severe weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

c) Regular and Ongoing Services For clients on a regular cleaning schedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the termination of the ongoing service agreement.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-Clean Policy

Perth Cleaning Care is proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed.

We will return to your property to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge, provided that:

  • You notify us within 24 hours of the original service
  • The areas of concern are the same areas included in the original scope of work
  • The property has not been used, disturbed, or cleaned by others since our team completed the job

Please note that our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

  • Change of mind after the service is completed
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or wear and tear
  • Areas or tasks not included in the original booking scope
  • Dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of booking

8. Bond Back Guarantee (End of Lease Cleaning)

For end of lease and bond cleaning services, Perth Cleaning Care offers a bond-back guarantee on request, subject to the following conditions:

  • The guarantee applies only to the cleaning work performed by our team
  • You must notify us within 72 hours if your property manager or landlord identifies any cleaning issues
  • Our team must be given the opportunity to return and rectify any identified issues before a re-clean is requested from another provider
  • The guarantee does not cover damage, maintenance issues, pest control, carpet damage, or any issues unrelated to the cleaning service
  • The property must not have been occupied or used between our clean and the final inspection

9. Damage and Liability

a) Pre-Existing Damage Our team will take care when working in and around your property. However, Perth Cleaning Care is not responsible for damage to items that were already broken, damaged, unstable, or in poor condition prior to our arrival. We recommend you inform our team of any fragile, delicate, or valuable items before the clean begins.

b) Accidental Damage In the unlikely event that our team causes accidental damage to your property during a clean, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of the service being completed. We carry full public liability insurance and will work with you to resolve any valid claims fairly and promptly.

Perth Cleaning Care’s liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from our services.

c) Items of Value We recommend that cash, jewellery, irreplaceable items, and valuables be secured or removed from the area being cleaned prior to our team’s arrival. Perth Cleaning Care accepts no liability for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

d) Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for ensuring the property is safe for our team to work in. This includes ensuring that utilities (water, electricity) are connected and functional, and that any known hazards are disclosed prior to the service.

10. Health, Safety, and Access

a) Safe Working Environment Perth Cleaning Care is committed to the health and safety of our staff. Our team reserves the right to refuse to clean or to cease a clean if the property presents an unsafe working environment, including but not limited to:

  • Presence of hazardous substances, biohazardous material, or extreme hoarding conditions
  • Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff
  • Structural dangers or unsafe conditions within the property

In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

b) Pets Please advise us at the time of booking if you have pets on the property. While we love animals, we ask that pets be secured in a safe area during the clean to ensure the safety of both the pet and our team.

c) Presence During the Clean You do not need to be present during the clean. If you will not be home, please arrange for access and advise us of any specific instructions. Our team is fully police-cleared and insured, so you can have complete confidence in leaving them to work unsupervised.

11. Eco-Friendly Products and Cleaning Materials

Perth Cleaning Care uses environmentally responsible, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, children, and pets. Unless otherwise requested, we will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment required for the service.

If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please advise us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

12. NDIS Services

Perth Cleaning Care is a provider of cleaning services to NDIS participants in Perth and Western Australia. NDIS cleaning services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Code of Conduct and our obligations under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. Specific terms relating to NDIS service agreements will be outlined in a separate NDIS Service Agreement provided to participants.

13. Use of Our Website

By accessing and using the Perth Cleaning Care website, you agree to the following:

  • You will use the website for lawful purposes only
  • You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website or its systems
  • You will not copy, reproduce, or distribute our website content without prior written permission
  • You acknowledge that all content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Perth Cleaning Care

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without notice.

16. Subcontracting

Perth Cleaning Care may, from time to time, use trusted and vetted subcontractors to deliver services on our behalf. All subcontractors engaged by us are required to meet the same standards of professionalism, quality, and conduct that apply to our in-house team. Perth Cleaning Care remains responsible for the quality of all services delivered under our name.

17. Force Majeure

Perth Cleaning Care shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your service at the earliest opportunity.

18. Amendments to These Terms

Perth Cleaning Care reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

20. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so we can work toward a fair and reasonable resolution.
